Antitrust policy

SIBUR places a special emphasis on improving the efficiency of relevant controls and reducing the risk of antitrust restrictions. To that end, we have developed a corporate antitrust policy based on the best international practices. It comprises:

• Antitrust policies of SIBUR and its subsidiaries
• The Company’s sales policy that prevents discriminatory conditions and sets out uniform standards of client relations
• Procedures for identifying and assessing antitrust risks
• Internal algorithms for preventing violations of antitrust laws
• Internal regulations setting out employee liability for violating the antitrust policy
• A staff antitrust training system
