The information on the procedure of Kirill Shamalov’s acquisition of SIBUR shares published by some media is not true.

The acquisition was carried out under a general incentive programme implemented since 2010 for the Company’s top management on equal terms for all participants of this programme.

For SIBUR, such publications are seen as unfair competition and an attempt to inflict reputational damage on a fast-growing company.
