Silk Road Fund representative joins SIBUR's Board of Directors

Moscow, 2 May 2017. The shareholders of PJSC SIBUR Holding have elected members to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting, including a representative of the Silk Road Fund, a new shareholder of SIBUR.

SIBUR's Board of Directors now includes:

1. Leonid Mikhelson – Chairman of the Management Board of NOVATEK
2. Ruben Vardanian – President of VARDANYAN, BROITMAN AND PARTNERS (Independent Director)
3. Alexander Dyukov – CEO of Gazprom Neft
4. Dmitry Konov – Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC SIBUR Holding, Chairman of the Management Board of LLC SIBUR
5. Denis Nikienko – CEO of Ladoga Management
6. Vladimir Razumov – Member of the Management Board of PJSC SIBUR Holding, Member of the Management Board of LLC SIBUR
7. Ilya Tafintsev – Strategic Projects Director of NOVATEK
8. Gennady Timchenko – Member of the Board of Directors of NOVATEK
9. Kirill Shamalov –  President of Ladoga Management
10. Chang Zhenyong – Vice President of Sinopec
