Silk Road Fund successfully closed the Acquisition of a 10% Stake in SIBUR

Moscow, 25 January 2017. After obtaining all relevant regulatory approvals the shareholders of SIBUR, the largest gas processing and petrochemicals group in Russia, and the Silk Road Fund (SRF), a Chinese investment fund closed the deal on acquisition of 10% equity stake in SIBUR by SRF
