Employees of Nizhnekamskneftekhim are fighting for the title of the best operator, machinist and electrician

Three employees of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim took part in the World Skills Russia (Young Professionals) championship. The opening of the regional stage of the competition took place today in a specialized competence center located at the GAPOU Lemaev College of Petrochemistry and Oil Refining.

Here, within two days, the participants will be tested in three competencies - "Operator of chemical processes", "Operator of compressor installations" and "Digital electric drive". Employees of the Company will be represented in all categories. For the right to be called the best in their competence, the operator of the oligomers and glycols plant Ruslan Rakhmankulov (expert Anton Aldarev), the operator of the styrene and polyether resins plant Ramis Akhmetov (expert Rustem Nigmatullin) and the electrician of the department for operation and repair of power equipment (1 industrial zone) Kirill Losev (expert Alexey Reznik) are fighting. Two more employees of the enterprise - Dmitry Murashko and Artem Sidorov - will defend the honor of Nizhnekamsk Chemical Technology Institute. Both employees are university students and are trained in higher education programs.

Earlier, within the framework of the regional championship, a competition in the competence "Laboratory chemical analysis" was held, in which the laboratory assistant of the enterprise Alina Kaybysheva (expert Maria Ilyina) took part from the Company. The results of the performances of our participants will become known after the completion of the regional stage in all competencies.
