Employees of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim are among the best innovators of Tatarstan

According to the results of the republican competition "Young innovator and inventor - 2021" two employees of the Company became prize-winners: Vladimir Bobylev, mechanic of shop No. 6708 of oligomers and glycols plant and Timur Minnakhmetov, leading process engineer of R & D center. The winners were awarded on December 6 in Kazan within the framework of the Working Youth Forum. The event was attended by about 200 persons. The results of another competition "Best in Profession" were also summed up here. Kirill Shabalin, an employee of the department for work with young specialists of Nizhnekamskneftekhim, in the nomination "Specialist for work with youth" was also recognized as the winner.

98 persons took part in the competition "Young innovator and inventor - 2021". The jury reviewed 481 technical innovations and 94 patents. It should be noted that this year there were 37 more participants. The selection of the contestants took place in several stages. The best ones were chosen first at the enterprise, and then their proposals were considered by members of the jury, which included experts from various ministries and departments. The purpose of the competition is to increase the prestige of engineering professions, as well as to involve young specialists in rationalization and inventive activity.

Petrochemists submitted several technical innovations to the competition at once.

- I have been working for the Company since 2008. I am very glad that my proposals were noted at such a prestigious competition. My developments are aimed at increasing the service life of the equipment, reducing the time for repairs. We are much obliged to our management for their support in all endeavors, - said Vladimir Bobylev.

Timur Minnakhmetov, another winner of the competition, came to work for Nizhnekamskneftekhim from Krasnoyarsk in 2017. The young man took part in the development of new types of products.

- During the four years that I have been working at Nizhnekamskneftekhim, many events have happened. In 2018, I was entrusted with the development of new H-PEG, M-PEG products, as well as two methods for analyzing product quality. Both have already been implemented at the enterprise. In total, 6 of my rationalization proposals were introduced, - said Timur Minnakhmetov.
