To become qualified, please register on the e-commerce platform and fill in the form. 

The qualification procedure will take two weeks or more, whereupon the e-commerce platform will allow you to monitor the relevant feedstocks, goods or services and take part in the tender process.

We expect our partner to:

• Offer high-quality goods/services at a competitive price and hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001 certificates
• Be well-reputed in the market
• Have a good credit and tax history
• Possess expertise in its area of business
• Be open and transparent to its partners and stakeholders; be ready for scheduled and unscheduled technical audits; promptly submit reliable information related to cooperation, accounting data to confirm its credit ratings, etc.
• Be committed to sustainability principles and comply with SIBUR’s Code of Business Conduct of Counterparty
