In line with the applicable Russian laws, the Company’s Charter and internal regulations, Nizhnekamskneftekhim is obliged to provide shareholders and other stakeholders with copies of documents as listed in articles 89 and 91 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation On Joint-Stock Companies.
