This large-scale facility combines production capacity and advanced technology with a responsible care for people and the environment. The site utilises state-of-the-art equipment to guarantee industrial and environmental safety throughout the production cycle.
A closed-loop water system enables over 95% water reuse, saving approximately 14 million cubic metres of river water annually. Flare system efficiency reaches 99.94%, ensuring minimal air emissions, while at least 95% of off-gas is recovered and reused in the energy cycle.
Powered by hydroelectricity, Amur GCC produces low-carbon «green polymers». Operational safety is secured through 24/7 monitoring of air quality, noise levels, and wastewater.

Supported by the company, virtually all areas of social infrastructure are being improved and expanded: education, healthcare, sports and fitness, community arts, public spaces, and leisure facilities. SIBUR has helped build and renovate around 20 urban infrastructure sites, secured federal funding for public realm improvements, and provided expert oversight for construction and installation works.
As a result, two public squares were created, the central park and main square were revitalised, and redevelopment of the Lenin Street — the city’s main thoroughfare —as well as the First Square — named after Sergei Lazo — is underway.
