Born: 1976 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.
Alla joined SIBUR in 2008. In 2010–2021, she held several positions at the company, including Head of Hydrocarbons Supply, Manager and later Head of the Hydrocarbons Division, Head of Strategic Feedstock Supply and Head of Feedstock Supply and Operational Control.
Alla acted as Director for Feedstock Supply and Operational Control in 2017–2019, Director for Supply Chain Management in 2019–2020, and Head of Supply Chain Management in 2020–2021.
In 2021, she joined BIAXPLEN as Chief Operating Officer.
In April 2024, Alla was appointed BIAXPLEN's Chief Executive Officer.



Born in 1972 in Novgorod. He graduated from Novgorod State University with a degree in Enterprise Economics and earned an MBA from the St. Petersburg International Institute of Management.
He has advanced his career from a shift supervisor to General Director (CEO) in major international and Russian companies specializing in the production of cardboard and flexible packaging, film materials, polymer packaging materials, and products for various applications. He possesses extensive professional experience in managing manufacturing enterprises.
He has been with the BIAKSPLEN team since September 2024 as Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for the entire production cycle, the chief engineer and chief technologist departments, supply chain management, logistics, and customer service.



Appointed to the position on June 29, 2026.



Born in 1976 in Nizhny Novgorod. She holds higher education degrees in State and Municipal Administration (Volga-Vyatka State Academy of Public Service, 1998), Human Resources Management (National Research University Higher School of Economics, 2004), and Counseling Psychology (University of Modern Psychology, 2024).
She has been with SIBUR since 2015, serving as Head of the Organizational Development and Compensation Department and Business Partner at the SIBUR Shared Services Center. In 2020, she joined the BIAKSPLEN team.
As the HR Director of BIAKSPLEN, Margarita Sayapina is responsible for strengthening workforce continuity and the resilience of professional teams, developing systems for identifying and nurturing talent, and improving the efficiency of HR processes.



Born: 1989 in Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan
Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics.
Rustam began his career in 2011 as an auditor at Deloitte and joined the SIBUR team in 2013. Within SIBUR, he held various positions, starting as a Chief Expert in the Corporate Centre’s Budgeting Department and progressing to the Director for Economics and Efficiency Management at BIAXPLEN.
In his current role as the Director for Economics and Efficiency Management at BIAXPLEN, Rustam is responsible for annual and long-term planning, managing and assessing the economic feasibility of development projects to enhance the company’s business efficiency, and monitoring the achievement of set goals.



Born: 1985 in Mariinsk, Kemerovo Region.
Graduated from Kemerovo State University, Kuzbass State Technical University (retraining), and the City Business School in Moscow (MBA programme).
Maxim’s professional career encompasses roles as Lead Engineer for ERP system implementation, as well as positions of Executive Director and Commercial Director.
In September 2023, he joined BIAXPLEN as Chief Engineer.
As Chief Engineer at BIAXPLEN, Maxim is responsible for developing long-term health and safety plans and programmes, fostering safety culture among employees and contractors, and interacting with government authorities.



Born: 1972 in Zheleznogorsk, Kursk Region.
Graduated from Kursk State Technical University with a degree in Metalworking Machinery and Tools. Vladimir started his career as a maintenance officer before being put in charge of production nine years later.
Prior to joining SIBUR, he supervised production at a number of major Russian companies for over 15 years.
Vladimir’s tasks as Head of Production at BIAXPLEN include output scale-up, cost optimisation, and assortment expansion.



Born: 1987 in Yaroslavl.
Graduated from Yaroslavl State Technical University with a degree in Metal Technology. Concurrently, he received a degree in Economics. From 2007 to 2016, Timofey worked in mechanical engineering companies, such as Yaroslavl Diesel Equipment Plant (YAZDA), Komatsu and InTa-Centre), rising from a junior expert to the position of director for quality.
In 2016, Timofey joined Mondi, a flexible packaging manufacturer, where he became head of production in 2019. In 2022, he started working for BIAXPLEN as a project manager, and was put in charge of the Technology vertical in just two months.
Timofey has developed a number of unpatented innovations in equipment and process engineering. He is a two-time winner of competitions for the best quality management system and an author of the best improvement initiative among Yaroslavl Region industrial companies.
Born in 1988 in Balakhna. She graduated from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod with a degree in Law, and in 2020, she completed professional retraining at Tyumen State University in the "HSE Management" program, obtaining the qualification of an Occupational Health and Safety Manager, along with an international NEBOSH certificate.
She has been with BIAKSPLEN for a total of 15 years, having started her career path as a Senior Legal Counsel. She transitioned to the Occupational Health and Safety department in 2015. In 2021, she was part of the project team implementing the "New Operating Model" across SIBUR enterprises, including taking an active role in the implementation of digital tools in the field of Occupational Health and Safety.
As the Head of Occupational Health and Safety at BIAKSPLEN, Olga Chichkenyova is responsible for developing long-term plans and programs for occupational health and safety, organizing the implementation of measures to ensure process efficiency and the development of the OHS system, and fostering competencies, a safety culture, commitment, and engagement among the enterprise's employees and contractor companies.
