BIAXPLEN operates five production sites in Russia, which are based in Novokuybyshevsk (Samara Region), Kursk, Balakhna (Nizhny Novgorod Region), Zheleznodorozhny (Moscow Region), and Tomsk, as well as a JV with Manucor in Italy.
Our production capacities in Russia and Italy exceed 180 ktpa and 100 ktpa, respectively.
All products exported by SIBUR Group to the EU were registered in 2010 under the EU REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals).
